Case Study: GoTo

Summary

We worked with GoTo, the leader in cloud communications and IT, on a global study entitled The Pulse of Work in 2026. Between November 2025 and January 2026, we surveyed 1,250 full-time knowledge workers and 1,250 IT decision-makers to gain insight into the opportunities and challenges companies continue to face as they implement generative and agentic AI. The results uncovered how overreliance, weak policies, and inconsistent training are creating structural, cultural, and governance gaps that can slow progress, and the significant upside available to organizations that get it right — including how GoTo is helping lead that shift.

“Workplace Intelligence gives us more than just research. They give us a seat at the industry conversations that matter. Their ability to translate data into compelling narrative has made this one of our most strategically valuable marketing assets- helping us secure some of the best tier-one media coverage we’ve ever received from a single data source, including a standout placement in The Atlantic. What sets them apart is how seamlessly they work with our internal teams. Year over year, they’ve refined the process so it runs smoother, requires less back-and-forth, and delivers results that now directly inform how our executives talk about AI and the future of work.”
