We worked with One Medical on their annual “The State of Workplace Health” study in order to understand how employees are making the most of their healthcare benefits. Between December 6th and 9th, 2022, 1,600 U.S. HR leaders and employees were surveyed about topics such as access to care, employee communication of benefits, primary care, preventative healthcare, and healthcare investments and priorities.
Reference
We partnered with the Workplace Intelligence team to capture the current state of health and well-being in the workplace. The study included gathering insights and understanding how employers and employees think about their physical and mental health, how employees are (and aren’t) using their benefits, and the path ahead for employers in 2023. The Workplace Intelligence team was very collaborative and had a thoughtful approach to creating for us a survey and a resulting report that provided new and exciting insights for employers on improving the health and well-being of their workforce.”
