Case Study: UKG

We worked with UKG on “The Fix Work” study to understand how the pandemic reshaped how people view work and their workforce expectations.  Between September 16th and October 1st, 2022, 2,200 global employees, and 600 U.S. C-Suite and HR leaders answered questions about employment, work-related stress, mental health, four-day workweeks, engagement/ purpose of work, workplace incentives, and how their feelings toward work may be expressed to others.

Reference

“Both UKG and Workplace Intelligence are our out to change the world of work for the better. We partner very closely to brainstorm a thought-provoking hypothesis about the relationship between people and work, and then develop a comprehensive survey to test our theory. The headline that we end up with is not always the one we expected, so we remain nimble through the process to tell the best story we think will help the industry, HR leaders, and people managers.”
– Senior Director of Public Relations, UKG
