Part-Time Marketing Assistant

Description

Workplace Intelligence is seeking a part-time marketing assistant to support all aspects of the business, including marketing research analysis and reporting, content editing and production, and administrative work. The right candidate is passionate about workplace trends and organizational behavior and is a go-getter, ready to take on multiple tasks at once.

Responsibilities

  1. Research analysis and reporting
    • Attend select research project meetings
    • Analyze and summarize collected survey data
  2. Content editing and production
    • Help develop a monthly editorial content calendar
    • Edit and proofread written articles, presentations, white papers, and audio/video podcasts
    • Create social media content for sharing on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
  3. Administrative work
    • Cold sales outreach to prospective clients
    • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

Skill requirements

  • Basic to intermediate level of knowledge of the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Audio/Video editing tools
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Capable of working independently without much direction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills through email, phone, and Zoom video

Time requirements and compensation

  • Availability to work 25 hours/week remotely
  • Compensation of up to $1,500 every two weeks
